A five-minute jog will take you to the arcing, deep sandy beach at Palai for swimming, where you'll also find a line-up of some of Phuket's most famous seafood restaurants. Patong lies half-an-hour away (which is quite close enough for sensible folks like you).
Each of our 2-bedroom cottages covers 80 square meters, has kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator, parlor and dining area. Included are the necessary furnishings (and two quite nice beds). Rates and Features
Rates for a year's contract on the Green are just 12,000 baht per month, and that includes air-conditioner, wireless Internet and cable TV, all free of charge. Each house has an electric meter dedicated for its use, thereby allowing tenants to receive the lowest possible electricity rate -- just as if you owned your own home! For those wanting dedicated Internet lines: each house has telephone wiring already installed -- you have merely to request a number from the Telephone Organisation of Thailand, no further expensive installations are necessary.
